Lesson 0 is here because it is not really a lesson, but more of a “you didn’t know this, but you probably should”.

I am going to be brutally honest here: I am not a doctor. I am not a scientist. I am just a dude.

However, from all the research I have done over the past two years I have come to one conclusion: The same rules that apply to in-shape people and thin people (“fit” people) do not apply to us fat fucks.

Re-read that.

The rules are different for us.

We don’t have to worry about “Starvation Mode” that’s a myth.

We don’t have to worry about “5 Small meals a day”.

We don’t have to worry about “Which is better, HIIT workouts or Steady State Cardio”

We don’t have to worry about “Build Muscle to lose fat”

We don’t have to follow the “Find out your daily caloric intake and lower it by 500 calories” (total bullshit by the way)

So remember anything you read about losing weight in most places is for people who are in relatively good shape or fit people.

We fats have much MUCH looser rules. Why? Because if you just put down that bag of potato chips and get your fat ass up off the couch and bend at the waist a few times, you’ll be kicking some ass!
