Injuries happen to everyone who works out.
How you deal with them is up to you.
Me? If I injure my upper body, I just do lower body workouts, if I injure my lower body, vice versa.
If I injure something like my back, I just find stuff I can do that wont hurt it.
The point here is: DO SOMETHING
You need to try to keep moving for as long as you can and as much as you can. Stopping is not an option.
Unless you’re stuck like I am with a reparied hernia. RIght in the middle of my abdomen. You know that part of your body that you use for everything?
I can’t do anything ANYTHING for two weeks. And can’t do anything strenuous for AT LEAST a month. OMG.
But I will fight through. I will prevail. I have my goals in mind and this is just a minor set back. Come on! Bring it!!
