Eat right 90% of the time.

Yeah, that’s right. 90%

If you eat three meals a day (which if you’re fat you shouldn’t be doing) that would equal to 2 meals a week you can eat chicken fried steak or ice cream or an entire fucking key lime pie!

Or shoot for 80%.

That will give you 4 meals a week you can eat whatever you want.

Just remember: you must be working out. If you’re not using The Great Equalizer then you can’t splurge. Remember, I eat whatever I want…Did I mention I lost 100lbs? I did? Huh.
